ESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a creative individual who is experienced and passionate in the FMCG industry. This person will have to be strong in conceptualize and designing for consumer brands in particular consumer-packaged goods related. Work independently and with Creative Director/Design Director, in concert with the creative team, the Senior Designer is expected to deliver exceptional design solutions to client’s business and branding challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS
·5-10 years of design experience
·Must have consumer packaged goods experience, corporate identity and retail design a plus
·Experience in Mainland China market
·Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and other design software in Mac OS X environment
·Ability to thrive and contribute in a team and to shine as an individual
·Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
·A desire to learn, be challenged and be an instrumental part of a growing and changing company
·Flexibility, open-mindedness, enthusiasm, a team player and a sense of humor
·Must be able to discuss portfolio and provide references at first interview

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Lead, educate and guide the work of more junior designers, under the direction of the Creative Director/Design Director
·Create original design solutions, including: Brand image, design element, color concept, typography, photography, all graphic element, illustration and 3D-Model concept.
·Create and deliver presentations, attend focus groups and press proofs, guide, control and deliver final artwork
·Internal and external design coordination
·Travel moderately inside and outside China
